Great place to stay. Coffee 24-7 and very nice breakfast. Annie, one of the guest services people is sooooo helpful
Room was very clean, staff was pleasant. The area had a recent snow storm but everything at the entry of the hotel was clean and cleared of snow.
Rooms and facilities very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Close to gas stations, and expressway. Went for volleyball tournament and was within 30 mins of Spokky Nook Sports complex.
The staff here was amazing! We originally booked a hotel down the road but found bed bugs upon arrival. When I called Marriott, they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. The front desk staff even took the time to show me rooms before I booked. The hotel is in a great location—safe, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Quiet, did not hear my neighbors. Service excellent, Alex at the front desk was very helpful. Wish there was more counter space in the rooms to put your things, just a desk and and the small area above the microwave. Bathroom spacious but only one outlet at the sink. Good variety at breakfast: waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, even oat milk. Fresh coffee 24/7.
This is my second time staying here for a work trip, and I genuinely enjoyed it. Most of our time there, we would see one particular worker at the front desk, Annie, who was a CONSTANT fount of energy and enthusiasm; she was genuinely glad to have us there! We felt incredibly welcome. The only remote troubles we had were that the door to our room needed a friendly nudge in order to close all the way, and one evening the hot tub had so much chlorine in it, it was burning our eyes. Still, when we mentioned it to Annie, like anything else, she immediately said "I'm on it" and bustled off to make things better for everyone. Altogether, I'm glad that this is the hotel my work often chooses, and I'll be happy to come back next time!
Overall it was a good stay, I wear working second shift and when I came back after midnight, the doors were closed and unpowered. I could still manually open, but it was annoying. Staff was friendly. I will be returning due to good location
We had a great stay! The hotel was quiet and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The pool was really nice, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to start the day right. The location was very convenient, close to the highway, and the price point made it an even better value. Overall, a wonderful stay we’d definitely come back
